1. Claims and Evidence Requirements To process any return, replacement, or refund, you must cooperate with our team and provide as much detail as possible, including clear images and/or a short video of the product. Failure to provide this requested evidence will severely delay the returns process and may result in your claim being voided entirely.
Due to the constraints of our suppliers, you must strictly adhere to the following reporting timelines to lodge a claim:
• Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged, you must urgently contact us within 2 business days of the item arriving.
• Incorrect Items: If you receive the wrong item, you must raise a ticket with us within 7 days of receiving the product so we can arrange a return postage label and dispatch the correct item.
• Missing Items: If you find that an item is missing from your delivery, you must raise a ticket within 10 days of the delivery date.
2. Change of Mind Returns We accept "change of mind" returns strictly within 14 days after the items are delivered.
For a return to be accepted, the item must be unworn, unused, and returned in its original packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation, and registration shipped with the product at the cost of the customers.
Warning: Upon delivery of the returned items to our warehouse, they will be inspected for quality control. In the event that an item has been opened or is not in its original packaging, your Change of Mind return request will be immediately voided. Any Change of Mind requests made outside of the 14-day window may be subject to additional shipping charges and restocking fees.
3. Warranty and Exclusions Items purchased through our store come with a minimum 12-month warranty. As we facilitate the transaction of products, warranty decisions are solely at the discretion of the Supplier/Manufacturer. If a fault or defect is deemed to be 'minor' or can be repaired, we may choose to offer a partial refund or supply a replacement.
Please note that this warranty strictly does not cover the following:
• Improper handling of the product, including negligent unpacking.
• Not following proper installation guidelines.
• Intentional or unintentional use that causes physical and/or cosmetic damage.
• Damage caused by unattended children or pets.
• Commercial use of non-commercial equipment (unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer).
• Unsupervised use of the product.
In the case of damage or fault occurring due to user negligence, we do not cover the shipping charges to replace the products.
